Peugeot did not want to miss in the present environment-friendly vehicles. They also introduced the Peugeot 5, equipped sedan concept hybrid engine.

When seen first glance, the car “green” is a manifestation of the Peugeot 508 sedan. It’s just now been equipped with hybrid engines that are attached to 4 front and rear wheels. Detroit 2010: Tesla Model S in gorgeous red and a dirty Roadster

Tesla Motors' press conference doesn't take place until later today, but a great burgundy version of the Model S was already on display at the company's Detroit Auto Show booth. We've seen the car in silver and white before, but the dark red of this latest show car really caught our eye. We're excited to hear what Tesla has to tell us in a little while, and we really hope it's not simply that the Roadster road trip was a success. We know this, especially since the dirt-splattered car that made the trek is on display at the booth, signed by a lot of people and decorated with all of the major stops along the California-to-Detroit route. 2010 Mercury Milan Hybrid

For the 2010 model year, the Mercury Milan adds an all-new hybrid model. The Ford Fusion Hybrid and Mercury Milan Hybrid join the Ford Escape and Mercury Mariner Hybrids, doubling both the size and volume of Ford’s hybrid lineup.



Additionally, the propulsion system for the Mercury Milan Hybrid and Ford Fusion Hybrid transitions between gas and electric power and back more efficiently and seamlessly.

The overall system upgrade allows the Mercury Milan Hybrid and Ford Fusion Hybrid to operate longer at higher speeds in electric mode. The hybrid vehicles can operate up to 47 mph in pure electric mode, approximately twice as fast as some competitors. Plus, the city driving range on a single tank of gas is expected to be more than 700 miles.

The Mercury Milan Hybrid also offers drivers a way to be more connected to the hybrid driving experience thanks to Ford’s SmartGauge with EcoGuide, a unique instrument cluster execution that helps coach them on how to optimize performance of their hybrid.

EcoGuide uses a multi-layered approach to coach the driver to maximum fuel efficiency. A tutorial mode built into the display that helps the driver learn about the instrument cluster and the hybrid in a whimsical way that does not overpower.

Several other elements help differentiate the Mercury Milan Hybrid from its gas-powered sibling, including unique hybrid “road and leaf” badging on both sides and the rear of the vehicle; unique 17-inch, eight-spoke wheels; eco-friendly seat fabric made from post-industrial 100 percent recycled materials; and a standard 110-volt power outlet.

2010 Nissan Nismo 370Z

Nissan's new 370Z may be quite nimble, but those hankering for a track-ready package should consider stepping up to the new 2010 Nismo 370Z, which debuts at the 2009 New York auto show.
Like the Nismo 350Z before it, the new car receives a host of suspension revisions designed to glue the Z to the track. Nismo (Nissan's in-house tuning firm) adds a front strut tower brace, performance dampers, increases the front spring rates by 15 percent, and stiffens the rear coils by 10 percent. Coupled with thicker stabilizer bars, the tweaks increase the 370Z's damping factor by 40 percent in front and a whopping 140 percent in the rear.
In order to provide power to match the track prowess, Nismo also fiddled with the Z's engine. The 3.7-liter V-6 is almost identical to that in a normal 370Z, but thanks to a Nismo exhaust system and a tricked-out engine control module, it sees a substantial boost in power. The Nismo-tuned mill produces 350 hp at 7400 rpm (vs. 332 hp @ 7000 rpm) and 276 lb-ft of torque (up from 270) at 5200 rpm. Nismo 370Zs are only available with a six-speed manual transmission, which is equipped with the trick rev-matching system

New Carlsson 2010 - C25 Super GT Modification Concept

Carlsson presents an own developed automobile at this year’s Geneva Motor Show – the Carlsson C25 Limited Super-GT. The concept of this Super-GT is based on the vision of combining maximum driving performance with an entirely new design and high exclusiveness. The result is a breathtaking and beautiful sports coupé with 753 hp in a limited edition of only 25 cars world-wide.

The performance data of the six litre V12 Bi-Turbo is impressive. The high-performance aggregate with a motor management optimisation patented by Carlsson renders 753 hp (554 kW) and allows fast acceleration as well as smooth travels at lower speeds. Also responsible for the perfect performance evolvement is the elaborately developed stainless steel exhaust system with ends in four edgy pipes at the back. The power catapults the C25 with a torque of 1320 Newton metres at 3750 r.p.m. which is electronically limited to 1,150 Newton metres from 0 to 100 km/h in only 3.7 seconds and achieves a maximum speed of 352 km/h.

The Carlsson C25 Super-GT Concept also comes with an ultra-light and forged wheels 1/10 UL in the dimensions 9,5×20 and 12×20 inches have been especially designed for the C25 and are equipped with high performance tyres measuring 265/30 at the front and 325/25 at the rear live axle.

Ferrari launches program for customization Modification Design

Ferrari launched its program for customizing One-to-One, which will allow all its customers customize their cars and make them the closest to the model of your dreams. is the first model to incorporate a new studio and a special, dedicated to the program, was installed at the factory in Maranello and other units will be installed in other parts of the world in its most important markets.

The photos show the first model, which was customized at the inauguration of the program, the last Hall of Geneva and has panoramic roof electromechanical, whose level of transparency changes with just a touch and exchange Superfast, which uses technology from Formula 1 to carry out exchanges at 1 tenth of a second.

The Ferrari F50 was a mid-engined range-topping sports car made by Ferrari. The F50 was introduced in 1995, as a successor to the F40, to celebrate the company's 50th anniversary. The car is a two door, two seat convertible with a removable hardtop. It has a 4.7 L naturally-aspirated 60-valve V12 engine that was developed from the 3.5 L V12 used in the 1992 Ferrari F 92 A Formula One car.

Only 349 cars were made, one fewer than Ferrari estimated they could sell. This was, in the words of Ferrari spokesman Antonio Ghini, because "Ferraris are something cultural, a monument. They must be hard to find, so we will produce one less car than the market." The last Ferrari F50 was produced in Maranello, Italy in July 1997.

Sporty five-cylinder gasoline engines have a long legacy at Audi. The most famous is arguably the turbocharged 2.1-liter engine in the Audi quattro. The first version, which was launched in 1980, offered an impressive 147 kW (200 bhp). And the Audi Sport quattro from 1984, directly inspired by motorsport, delivered a whopping 225 kW (306 bhp). For 25 years, turbochargers and quattro have been a dynamic formula for success.
