Ford shows off its Focus RS in blue to get people thinking about the future – an ocean of possibilities. Its new RS line is probably the fastest yet. The 2009 Focus RS is sleek, attractive, and powerful. Recall the first RS line from 2003, a high-performance incarnation of the Focus; here, the “Rallye Sport” line is resurrected from its European-only playspace to make an entrance as a brand-new speed demon in the North American high-performance car market.We still don’t have the details on Ford’s plan to introduce the 2009 RS to the United States – we just know it’ll happen. Some numbers have dropped in the meantime. We’ve heard the car can do 62 mph in 5.9 seconds. Expect more details from Ford by the end of the week.
